Between the vertical rollers, the pressure increases gradually from large to small according to the diameter of the rollers. With the large configuration, the shear force generated by the upper and lower filter cloths on the sludge due to changing the upper and lower positions of the filter cloths between different rollers squeezes out the capillary combined water in the latex sludge to produce a drier sludge cake. .
